                      Exploring Various Modes of Transportation

 

                            

Activity:

- Students will explore various modes of transportation and identify whether the transportation travels by land, air or water.

*Response: While exploring the different modes of transportation, the students will sort the transportation according to whether they travel by land, air or water by placing them on a chart under the correct category.

- Describe how various modes of transportation are made out of parts and that something may not work if some of its parts are missing. 

- Explain that the modes of transportation provided for the students to look at and explore are models of the real thing and can be used to learn something about the real thing.
