Orientation and Mobility is a vital part of learning for students with visual impairments.  Students need to learn about themselves and the environment in which they live and move about. Students will learn topics from basic body awareness to independent travel.  The ECC focuses on the needs and rights of an individual with a visual to travel as independently as possible.
