- The students will role play working at a bakery.
- The students will follow a recipe to make a product.
Materials:
pretend bakery foods (cake, cupcakes, mixer, teapot, etc); plates; cupcake cups; utensils; cookware; recipes; specific materials/ingredients to follow the recipe; muffin tin; cake pan(s); measuring cups; measuring spoons; mixing spoons; spatula(s); cookie cutters
Activity:
Students will follow the recipe provided to make an indicated product. Once they are done following the recipe, they can role play making another type of desert/baked good.
