Spring is here!! How about planting a sensory garden. Taste (try peppermint, or lemon basil plants) smell (lavendar, lilacs, hyacinths) touch (lambs ear plants are soooo soft) see (mammoth sunflowers are always a favorite as well as butterfly bushes). While your at it why not add a few earthworms to your garden. Sure they are slimy, wet and wiggly to touch but your garden with thank you for the lovely composte. All hands in and Dig in!

This is also a great time to incorporate simple switch activated devices for your student/child who uses switches. For planting, dirt can be poured with an electronic pouring device. You can use that same device to pour seeds in for someone who physically can\'t place seeds in the dirt. To water your plant, don\'t forget about using a water pik with an environmental control unit with a switch. Another option to consider for easier watering are those personal misters. A simple press finely mists your planting project! FUN!
