Places objects in, on, and under other objects on request
Tactile Skill:
Materials:
- Box with a removable lid
- A few toys
Procedure:
1. Get a box with a removable lid.
2. Use one of the child’s toys and show them what it means to put the object in the box.
3. Have the child put the object in the box.
4. Show the child what it means to put the object on the box.
5. Have the child put the object on the box.
6. Show the child what it means to put the object under the box.
7. Have the child put the object under the box.
8. Repeat these concepts and processes until the child is confident and understanding of the concept of in, on, and under.
